Our New User Training
Our own CABC authored training courses have been designed especially to
focus on the needs of the average new user of Microsoft CRM. The
modular course materials are tailored to match your system configuration and
we believe that this provides the most effective learning experience for
busy staff who find taking time out for training hard to do. Because
we are the authors of this material we can adjust our course to meet each
individual clients special requirements.
Our course is particularly suitable at the start of a project when you
need to train all of your team quickly or later when you bring new
groups of users onto your system. CABC will normally deliver these
training course at your premises. If required it is possible to offer
this training in our offices in Newbury.
Microsoft Standard Training Courses
We also offer formal Microsoft curriculum courses. These courses
are offered in association with an established and fully qualified Microsoft Learning Solutions Partner.
The courses are run on a scheduled basis and are held at various locations
around the UK.
We believe that these standard courses are not the best way to train the
bulk of your users, since although they are very good they cover the
features of the system in great depth and do not take account of the way
your particular system is configured. These scheduled courses are
recommended for power users, system administrators and other individuals
with a particular more advanced learning requirement. Please Note:
some of these course have specific pre-requisites.
