Being part of CABC's software support service ensures that you always have experts on hand.   We offer a complete service which is delivered primarily as remote telephone support.  Call our dedicated support phone number and in most cases if we need to look at your system our engineer will quickly be on-line and able to see your screen using the Netviewer support tool.  If you really need an engineer on site, this can also be arranged.

Our help desk will actively manage the progress of investigation and problem resolution to an agreed call closure with you, the client.  Our support team will log your call, issue you with a call reference and follow-up to ensure your problem was resolved.

Reducing your administration overhead
Our support team are not only here to problem solve for you, they will also undertake many reconfiguration activities remotely for you.  This is especially useful if you do not have a designated system administrator, saving you time and letting you get on with using the system to run your business.
